Plated Food Holding – Wall Mounted Or Mobile
Wall Mounted Plated Food Holders.
The Tournus wall mounted plate holders are ideal for temporary holding of plated product in a busy kitchen or restaurant area. Constructed of stainless steel with vertical 25 x 25 mm anodised aluminium tubes, each tube is fitted with polypropylene plate holding arms, these stacking arms can be adjusted in their width to fit plate sizes up to Ø 320 mm. A choice of either single stack (10 plate capacity) or twin stack (20 plate capacity) models are available.
Plated Food Holding Trolleys. Plate holding mobile trolleys are also available with sets of stacking plate arms mounted to front and rear of the trolley face.
They are offered with 2 stack (30 plate), 4 stack (60 or 80 plate) or 6 stack (120 plate) capacity and feature a set of Ø 125 mm swivel wheels, 2 braked and a pull handle.

- Trolley supplied complete with pull handle
- Available with 30, 60, 80 or 120 plate capacity.
- For plates up to Ø 320 mm.
- Frame mounted on Ø 125 mm swivel wheels, 2 braked.
- Plate support arms with stop and rubber non-slip coating.
- Designed so that plates are held by 4 points.

- 40 x 20 mm s/steel uprights with cross pieces fitted with rack spacing adjuster holes.
