Wet Well Heated Bain Marie Trolleys (Manual Fill)
Wet Well Heated Bain Marie Trolleys (Manual Fill).
The Tournus wet well, manually filled bain marie heated trolley is ideal for local storage, transport or serving of heated produce. Two sizes are available which accept 2 x 1/1 GN or 3 x 1/1 GN containers up to 200 mm deep (Containers not supplied). Each container is housed in an independent well with sheilded resistance heaters, mechanical thermostatic controls and ‘heat on’ indicator lamps. The bain marie is mounted on a 30 x 30 mm s/steel frame with a lower steel storage shelf. Protective bumpers are fitted to each corner. A quarter turn drain is fitted under.
The trolley is mounted on Ø 125 mm swivel wheels with polyamide covers, 2 with brakes. A pull handle and plug with curly lead/ parking socket are housed to one face of the trolley.
