Sterilizing Cabinets.
Tournus s/steel sterilizing cabinets are a neat and hygienic solution to knife sterilization in your kitchen area.
The cabinets are available with either 10, 20 or 40 knife capacity. They feature a UV radiation light with automatic cut-off feature when the transparent acrylic door is opened.
An externally mounted control knob allows the period of UV exposure to be adjusted up to 2 hours. (1.5 hr operating time recommended).
The cabinet itself has rounded edges and sloping tops to prevent dust build up or inappropriate storage. The magnetic door features pull handle and steel hinges.
Each cabinet size is available with or without lock – mounted in door frame if required.
The cabinets are IP24 rated and feature various methods of knife storage inside, i.e. magnetized horizontal bar (10 knife capacity), folded steel grid slotted (20 knife capacity) or S/steel wire bar frame (20 + 40 knife capacity).
Each cabinet comes complete with 1.2 m electrical cable and plug top, for connection to a 230v 50 Hz supply ( 15-30 W)
