Waste Bag Holders.
Tournus waste bag holding equipment accommodates between 50 & 130 litre waste/ bin bag sizes and are available as either front of house (s/steel surround) or back of house (open framed) versions.

Open Frame Bag Holders (Open Neck Or Pedal Lid). These bag holders are available as an open framed model, with a robust pedal operated lid opening system, or as an open neck model, both ideal for back of house waste. They are essentially all made from s/steel 20 mm diameter tube open frames, with a rigid bag support at the neck, formed from 4 mm s/steel flat bar, and an elastic strap bag fixing system, to retain the bag. All bag holder versions are are fitted with Ø 150 mm smooth wheels, front support legs on non-slip rubber pads and a generously sized handle, for easier transport.

Open Frame Bag Holder (Bag Support Option). The option of a removable solid tray to the open base frame models, help support waste bags from below (Code 118 845).

Bag Holders (Pedal Lid + Steel Surround).
For front of house areas, the pedal operated lid model is available with a s/steel surround. This model is available as either 700 mm high (70 litre) or 900 mm high (100 litre). The steel surround versions feature a latch and opening door leaf, for easier waste bag replacement. The models with pedal lid feature a polypropylene hinged lid, controlled by a steel pedal and connecting rods, for hands free opening.

Open Frame Bag Holders (Pedal Clip).
A 810 mm high (100 litre) or 970 mm high (110 litre) open framed version of the bag holder is also available with a steel base to support the bag, and a two part pedal operated clip to hold and open the bag.

Segregated Waste (Coloured Label Option). Optional colour coded labels can be placed on the bag holders, allowing individual models to be identified, when waste is to be segregated (Code 296 298) .

Waste Bins.

Cylindrical Bins (Pedal Lid). The range of Tournus kitchen waste bins include a 610 mm high (50 litre capacity) & a 720 mm high (100 Litre capacity) cylindrical s/steel bin, each with pedal operated lid and swivel wheels. The body of the bin also has transport handles fitted.

Waste Bin (Fat & Bones). For busy supermarket kitchens or commercial carcass preparation areas, this 755 mm high, Ø 470 mm s/steel storage bin has a 100 Litre capacity. The bin is designed with transport handles, an independent wheeled base and a hook on lid with handle, to enable the bin to be used as on open ended cylinder.

Sanitary Containers. For storage of SRM (specified risk materials) or seizure, Tournus offer two types of white 60 Litre capacity polyethylene sanitary containers, each container is marked S.R.M. or Seizure in red lettering. They are 650 mm high, Ø 400 mm and are supplied with sanitary-containers steel lids & padlocks.

Sanitary Container (Mobile Base Option). An optional mobile circular steel base for the sanitary container is available, with both perimeter up stand and independent set of castors.

Snack Bar Bin (Hinged Waste Flap). The mobile Tournus snack bar bin is a neat, compact ‘front-of-house’ food waste disposal solution. 1236 mm high & made from food grade s/steel, the top of the unit has a flat roof space for used tray storage, with a rear mounted transport handle, which also doubles as a tray stop.

The top portion of the bin features a hinged steel flap, for food disposal into the lower bag holding section. The removable steel bag section is an open mobile frame, with base panel & castors attached to a front up-stand with folded handle, which slides into the outer bin frame. The bag holding section has a rigid bag support at the open neck, formed from 4 mm s/steel flat bar, and an elastic strap bag fixing system to retain the bag.
