Medium Duty/ Heavy Duty Wall Shelving.
CED’s Designline wall shelves are perfect for back of house light equipment storage. Simple yet sturdy, they are constructed from 430 gd 1.2 thk. 30 mm sq box section bracket support framing or gusset bracket supports, with a durable 1.2 mm thick 430 gd. solid steel shelf as standard. Each wall shelf type has a 35 mm deep turn down to 3 faces and a rear wall up stand of 20 mm.

Medium Duty Wall Shelving.
The medium duty wall shelf is supplied with pre-drilled and folded steel ‘gusset brackets’ and is available as 600, 900, 1200, 1500, 1800, 2100 and 2400 mm long, each length available is 300 mm deep as standard.
Heavy Duty Wall Shelving. The heavy duty wall shelf is supplied with pre-drilled L- shaped ‘box section support brackets’ and is available as 600, 900, 1200, 1500, 1800, 2100 and 2400 mm long, with additional support brackets provided, depending on the shelf length selected. The heavy duty wall shelf can be supplied in three depths however – either 300, 400 or 500 mm deep. The box section steel brackets are supplied pre-drilled for securing to a wall surface on site.

Rodded Pot Racks.
An open framed heavy duty rack for the storage & drainage of pots, pans and cooking utensils, the rack is generally sited over sink unit areas within the kitchen. The shelf is constructed of a welded 430 gd. 1.2 thk. 30 mm box section outer frame and integral wall bracket legs. Within the frame a series of 10 mm diameter 304 gd. steel bars run end to end, forming the shelf storage space. The rack is made in 600, 900, 1200, 1500, 1800, 2100 or 2400 mm lengths – each length also available either 300, 400 or 500 mm deep. The integral cantilever wall brackets are pre-drilled for final fixing.

Microwave Shelving ( Medium Duty/ Heavy Duty).
CED manufacture simple yet sturdy shelving that accepts a freestanding microwave oven, the shelving is constructed from 1.2 mm thick 430 gd. s/steel.

Medium Duty Microwave Shelf.
The medium duty version is a 3 sided folded shelf and side cheeks that are pre-drilled for wall fixing. There is a folded 30 mm turn down with 15 mm return flange to the front edge – which adds strength to the horizontal support. The standard medium duty microwave shelf is 600 mm long and available either 450 or 600 mm deep.

Heavy Duty Microwave Shelf.
The heavy duty microwave shelf is 600 mm long as standard and available either 450 or 600 mm deep. The shelf is constructed from 1.2 mm thick 430 gd. s/steel and is mounted on cantilever type welded 430 gd. 1.2 thk. 30 mm box section wall brackets, pre-drilled for site fixing. The shelf is additionally strengthened with turn down 32 mm edges and a rear up stand of 30 mm. The electrical cable of the microwave can then pass behind the shelf up stand when insitu.
