Heated Drop In Patisserie.
New for 2025 CED introduce a full range of ‘drop in’ serve over height patisseries in a wide choice of cold, hot & ambient displays to fit in servery counter worktops. Each has 3 tiers of food display comprising 2 steel/ coated aluminum shelves and large hot deck display area.
Control. The new curved Designline 600, 900 & 1200mm wide drop in hot patisseries are ideal for display of pre-heated cooked food, whether packaged or unwrapped. By using static heating, convection heat & removable wire shelf grid covers, the temperature of the 3 heated zones can be independently set by digital displays on the control panel which mounts in the counter body.

Power. All models now operate on a 13A 230V electrical power supply. 

Branding. The Designline drop in heated patisserie features 38mm ‘point of sale’ ticket strip mount at each display level, with optimum product display provided through elliptical glazed side panels.
