Kubus Ambient Drop In Patisserie
New for 2025 CED introduce a full range of ‘drop in’ serve over height patisseries in a wide choice of cold, hot & ambient displays to fit in servery counter worktops.
The Kubus range of drop in patisseries are a visual companion to CED’s classic square Kubus drop in display range, they are available in both self help and assisted service. They feature three tiers of illuminated glass shelving & a steel display deck, ideal for cakes, pastries & morning goods.
Kubus patisseries maintain the square shape of the original drop in displays, but now with a larger display area and improved merchandising space, all contained within a minimal footprint.
Open to the rear for easier restocking access, an optional rear door is also available.

- Self help drop in ambient patisserie with storage deck & 3 tier glass shelving – open rear.
- Rectilinear flat glass profile is designed to compliment other units within the range.
- Ideal for the display of wrapped morning goods, ambient produce and drinks.
- Available in 600, 900 & 1200mm (w) x 750mm(d) for self help application.
- Superstructure in bright/ satin steel profile & toughened side glass.
- Canopy head also finished with serve over top glass.
- 3 tier toughened glass shelving, adjustable in height and angle, for increased product display area.
- S/steel deck display area.
- Low energy diffused LED lighting (4000 Kelvin) to each display level.
- Switched lighting control in canopy head.
- Open to rear for easier restocking access.
- 40mm tall ‘Point Of Sale’ display/ ticket strips are fitted as standard.
- Modular removable deck plates for easier cleaning and maintenance.
- Supplied with 2m lead for connection to a single 13 Amp socket (13A 230V 50 Hz).
- Rear door option available (KDR6,9,12)
- Features s/steel surround frame/ worktop & 108mm deep tank.
- C’ profile safety edge to all exposed edge glass.
