Designline Cold Hydrocarbon (HT) Patisserie.
Designline freestanding chilled and ambient patisseries are a classic companion to the range of Designline drop in displays. Available in both self help and assisted service, Designline patisseries feature a matching clean elliptical profile, durable bright steel and chrome plated aluminium superstructure, all within a toughened glass screen or an open fronted merchandiser with optimum product display through glazed side panels. The Designline chilled patisserie is part of CED’s flagship range of energy efficient chilled hydrocarbon food displays. Designline patisseries have energy saving refrigeration, ‘point of sale’ branding, steel kick plinths, mobile castors and adjustable feet as standard – not as premium priced options.

Self Help Cold (Rear Doors)
Available in either 600 mm, 900 mm, 1200 mm or 2000 mm wide ‘food hall’ size, the Designline self help chilled patisserie houses an open chilled steel bottle display deck and 3 tiers of toughened adjustable height glass shelves.
Each of the display levels are fitted with combined 40 mm ticket display, product stop and low energy diffused lighting. Re-stocking the unit is undertaken through hinged double glazed doors to the rear. All chilled product is highly visible through the toughened steel/ glass canopy and side panels. The stainless steel hood can form a serve-over section or be used for impulse display.
*Optional non standard air flow in/ out to operator side is available on self help cold (rear doors) 1200mm & 2000mm patisserie models only.
Self Help Cold (Fixed Back)
A wall-sited version, also available in either 600mm, 900mm, 1200mm or 2000mm wide ‘food hall’ sizes, the display can be positioned in alcoves, high street retail environments or smaller restrictive sites. Stand off brackets to the rear of the display ensure there is no interference to airflow. The rear door is replaced with a bright steel back panel. Product re-stocking is through the open face of the cabinet. The fixed back cabinet matches all other Designline patisseries.
Assisted Service Cold (Rear Doors)
Available in four sizes, the Designline assisted service chilled patisserie also houses a chilled steel bottle display deck and 3 tiers of toughened adjustable height glass shelves.
Each of the display levels are fitted with combined 40 mm ticket display, product stop and low energy diffused LED lighting.
The full height curved glass front screen tilts and locks to allow the operator cleaning access.
Re-stocking the unit is undertaken through hinged double glazed doors to the rear. All chilled product is highly visible through the toughened glass front screen and side panels. The steel canopy hood can form a serve-over section or be used for impulse display.

Fascia Panel Option – Cold Patisserie. The standard chilled patisserie may fit behind a shop fitted fascia panel within a counter run. With the addition of optional black epoxy coated or steel fascia panels, the chilled patisseries can be located in prime trading areas as freestanding ‘grab n go’ impulse displays
