Waste Management (Sorting Units & Tables).
Tournus dining area waste management units and tables are particularly useful in volume dining applications, such as schools and colleges. The models allow pre-sorting of waste food and crockery prior to washing.

Sorting Units (Food Waste/ Crockery).

These wall sited counters are available in either 720 or 900 mm high finished units ( to suit children or adult use). They are made from s/steel frames and clad in a choice of 21 laminate panel colours, with a 1.5 mm thick s/steel worktop.
Food Collection: The worktop houses 2 no. Ø 190-280 mm waste disposal chutes with rubber surrounds, 2 no. bin bag holders are provided for under the waste chutes. A hinged door under the tray rest is provided for access to bin bags.
Cutlery Collection: A cut out section is supplied with 3 no. dishwasher safe, clear co polyester 1/3 GN cutlery containers, for used cutlery.
Cup/ Glass Collection: A 150 mm deep recessed section with angled diamond point base and discharge point is provided for glass dish-wash basket storage. The unit comes with a continuous tray rest to customer side. The sorting units are o/all 997 mm deep and are 2100 mm long.

Pre-Sorting Units (Food Waste).

PRE-SORTING

The pre-sorting unit is a 900 mm high station, dedicated for food waste disposal. Clad in a choice of 21 standard laminate panel colours, they are available with either 2 or 3 waste chute disposal points.
Model Types. The pre-sorting waste disposal unit is offered as either free-standing (rear waste access & round edge s/steel worktop profiles) or as wall sited (100 mm high worktop splash-back & front doors for waste access).
Food Collection: Pre-sorting stations are supplied as standard with continuous tray slide & either 2 or 3 no. independent bin bag holders.
Pre-sorting stations are made as either 1200 mm long (for 2 bag holders) or 1700 mm long (for 3 bag holders) and are 915 mm deep (including tray slide).

Pre-Sorting Tables (Food Waste).

The pre-sorting table is an open framed 900 mm food waste disposal table. The table is supported on 4 no. Ø 45 mm s/steel tubular legs with foot adjustment.
They are available with either 2 or 3 waste chute disposal points.
Model Types. The waste disposal table is offered as either free-standing (round edge s/steel worktop profile) or as wall sited (100 mm high worktop splash-back). Pre-sorting tables are supplied with either 2 or 3 no. independent bin bag holders & are made either 1200 mm long (2 bag holders) or 1700 mm long (3 bag holders). The o/all table depth is 600 mm. The open table does not feature tray slide.
