Glide Hot Cupboard (Plain Top).
The hot cupboard (no gantry) features a fan blown heating assembly which evenly distributes heat around the space. The hot cupboard is made in 4 different sizes & features a s/steel plain work surface and a rear hot store cupboard under.
Behind lift-off rear sliding s/steel cupboard doors, are two tiers of removable, height adjustable grid shelves for plate/ container storage. The wire shelves help distribute heat around the cupboard and support plate holding, dish storage or up to ten 1-1 Gn size (150mm deep) Gn containers (not included), depending on cupboard size.
Heated & ambient gantry options are available.
Glide Ceran Top Hot Cupboard.
The ceran top hot cupboard (no gantry) features a heated ceramic glass hotplate section formed in the worktop, that accommodates 1-1 size flat bttm. Gn containers or dishes with lids (not included). The model is made in 4 sizes. The hot cupboard has thermostatic control & uses fan blown heating. The ceran top & mains power are controlled by neon on/off switches.
Heated gantry options are also controlled by a neon on/off switch.
Glide Bain Marie Hot Cupboard (Dry Heat).
The bain marie hot cupboard (no gantry) features a bain marie section with removable container supports, formed in the worktop to accept up to 150mm deep Gn containers (not included).The containers are heated by both suspended elements and residual heat from the hot cupboard underneath. The hot cupboard uses fan blown heating. The model is made in 4 sizes. All Gn containers must be present when in operation.

A self help/ assisted service reversible glass heated gantry or island gantry option provides top heat to the surface of food being held in the bain marie (dry heat).
Glide Bain Marie Hot Cupboard (Wet & Dry Heat).
The wet & dry bain marie hot cupboard (no gantry) features a bain marie tank section with removable container supports, formed in the worktop to accept up to 150mm deep Gn pans (not included).
The Gn pans can be heated by either dry heat or by water from a filled tank with suspended heat elements underneath. A water level fill indicator & manual swivel drain are included. The hot cupboard underneath uses fan blown heating to evenly distribute heat around the cupboard space. The model is made in 4 sizes.

Glide Soup Station.
The Glide soup station is a mobile bain marie (dry heat) & ambient storage cupboard with full front/ side fascia panels, a reversible s/steel bain marie insert & a cupboard with two tiers of wire rack shelving below.
Each shelf is adjustable in height and fully removable for cleaning. The operator side rear s/steel sliding doors are also removable.
The soup station features 2 x 4.5 litre containers with notched lids (for ladles) and a removable drip tray section. The containers can be used to hold gravy, custard etc. by adjusting the thermostat control.
Glide Twin Heated Plate Dispenser.
The dispenser has two spring loaded, self levelling plate storage sections within a s/steel worktop. Each plate storage section is supplied with a stackable polycarbonate lid, for use during the plate heating process – to retain heat within the dispenser.
The dispenser has a simple control panel to operator side and is supplied with a 3m lead and a 13A UK plug top (0.75 Kw). The dispenser heats plates by use of a thermostat knob & fan assisted heating, which controls the internal air at a max. temp. of 85 degrees C.
