Holding Trolleys – Cold
Holding Trolleys – Cold.
Roll ‘Fresh fan assisted refrigerated holding trolleys are available with capacity for either 15 levels of 1/1 GN containers (1/1 GN width models) or 30 levels of 1/1 GN containers (2/1 GN width models).
Food holding temperature can be adjusted between 0 – 8ºC. Each model is fitted with corner bumpers, transport handles, locking castors and a single leaf solid s/steel door.

Features
- Fan assisted mobile refrigerated trolley with adjustable holding temperature of 0 – 8ºC, for the storage and transport of chilled food.
- Made of food quality stainless steel.
- Digital control panel and temperature display at eye level, for ease of use.
- Cabinet fault alarm also indicates refrigerated unit maintenance.
- R134A refrigerant.
- Capacity for 15 levels of 1/1 GN capacity containers (20/40 or 65 mm deep) – 1/1GN width models.
- Capacity for 30 levels of 1/1 GN capacity containers (20/40 or 65 mm deep) – 2/1GN width models.
- 1/1 GN Trolleys mounted on Ø 125 mm castors. (2 braked).
- 2/1 GN Trolleys mounted on Ø 160 mm castors. (2 braked).
- All models fitted with moulded polyethylene protection bumpers.
- Transport handles fitted to rear and side panels.
- Inside entirely radiused, with press-drawn sliders, spaced every 71 mm for easy cleaning.
- Thermally insulated body and door.
- Single leaf solid door, with removable seal, opening to the right at 270° as standard. Closed by automatic latching handle.
- Spiral power cable, moulded plug and parking socket supplied.
- IP 25 Ingress Protection.
- Electrical Frequency 50 Hz.
- All models operate on a 13A 230V 3 Kw Single phase electrical supply.
- Option – lockable door handle & key. (Option Code 701 961)
- Option – reverse left hand opening door. (Option Code 701 963)
- Option – USB internal temperature recording device. (Option Code 229 527)
- Option – 1/1 GN Trolleys mounted on Ø 125 mm s/steel castors. (Option Code 702 190)
