Kubus Patisseries
New Freestanding Kubus Patisseries.
A new range of Kubus freestanding cold, ambient & heated patisseries also launch in 2025 with additional 1500 & 1800 sizes added to increase the range.
All freestanding patisseries now come with black base panels pre-fitted & heated models now operate as a plug and go 13A unit in all 3 sizes.
Cold. The freestanding 900, 1200, 1500 & 1800 long chilled (rear door) patisserie models are re-engineered with airflow in/ out to the rear as standard. The same sized wall sited chilled models now feature airflow in/ out to the front.
Optional kick plinths, night blinds & steel finish base panels can be added also.

CED also introduce a full range of ‘drop in’ serve over height patisseries in a wide choice of cold, hot & ambient displays to fit in servery counter worktops.
Cold. The flexible self-contained chilled patisserie is available in 600, 900, 1200, 1500 and 1800 mm long with rear doors or fixed back panels, for strategically positioning around your serving space.
Each chilled display comprises four illuminated chilled display levels with 4000K colour LED lighting.
Hot. The new 600, 900 & 1200 wide drop in hot patisseries are ideal for display of pre-heated cooked food, whether packaged or unwrapped.
By using static heating, convection heat & removable wire shelf grid covers, the temperature of the 3 heated zones can be independently set by digital displays on the control panel which mount in the counter body.
