Glass Basket & Tray Dispenser Trolleys.
The Tournus range of stainless steel mobile glass basket & tray dispensers are available as open framed or enclosed versions. The tray dispensers are available with either an open platform or with lateral tray guides incorporated either side of the platform.
Both mobile glass basket & tray dispensers have a spring loaded basket platform of 1.2 mm steel and are guided by 4 guide rolls. The mobile platform is blocked for weights above 90 kg. All trolley base tops and panels are made in 1 mm steel and fitted with moulded polyethylene corner bumpers. All trolley handles are made of stainless steel tube Ø 25 mm, with polyamide end mounting caps. Each base castor has a polyamide cover, 2 castors are braked. Max. load for all models is 150 kg.

- Mobile stainless steel glass basket or tray dispensing trolley with spring loaded platform
- Mobile glass basket type is available as an enclosed unit with lift off lid, or as an open platform version.
- Mobile tray dispenser type is available as an enclosed unit with lift off lid, as an open platform version, or with open platform & lateral tray guides.
- All models feature Ø 25 mm steering handle, formed in s/steel tube with poly amide end mounting caps.
- Trolley base tops & panels made in 1 mm s/steel, fitted with moulded corner protection polyethylene bumpers.
- All bases are fitted with 4 x Ø 125 mm swivel wheels & poly amide covers, including 2 braked.
- Max. load for all models is 150 kg.
- The mobile platform is blocked for weights above 90 kg.
Glass Basket Dispenser (Enclosed Platform + Lid Type).
- Model Code 808 103.
- Enclosed s/steel unit, with lift off steel lid which mounts to rear (handle side) of unit when in use.
- Self help of glasses stored in glass baskets, mounted on spring loaded platform.
- Capacity: 6 x glass baskets 530 mm (L) x 530 mm (W) x 115 mm (H) or
- Capacity: 10 x glass baskets 530 mm (L) x 530 mm (L) x 75 mm (H).
- Presentation level adjusted by adding or removing springs.

- Open framed s/steel unit, with spring loaded open platform for storage and self help of glasses stored in glass baskets.
- Capacity: 6 x glass baskets 510 mm (L) x 510 mm (W) x 115 mm (H) or
- Capacity: 10 x glass baskets 510 mm (L) X 510 mm (L) x 75 mm (H).
