Plate Dispenser Trolleys.
The Tournus range of stainless steel mobile plate dispensers are available as either single or twin plate dispenser types, suitable for plate diameters between 180 – 290 mm. They are available as ambient, heated or as a universal-shape type of dispenser.

All trolley base tops and panels are made in 1 mm steel and fitted with moulded polyethylene bumpers. Trolley handles are made of stainless steel tube Ø 25 mm, with polyamide end mounting caps. Each base castor has a polyamide cover, 2 castors are braked. Heated trolley bases are fitted with plug top, spiral type cable and parking socket as standard. Maximum allowable plate load: 75 kg per pile. Heated twin stack models are also available for plate diameters between 215 – 320 mm.

Features

Mobile stainless steel plate dispensing trolley with removable spring loaded plate dispensers.
Available as heated, ambient or as a universal rectangular type.
Models feature Ø 25 mm steering handle, formed in s/steel tube with poly amide end mounting caps.
Trolley base tops & panels made in 1 mm s/steel, fitted with moulded corner protection polyethylene bumpers.
All bases fitted with 4 x Ø 125 mm swivel wheels & poly amide covers, including 2 braked.
Max. plate stacking height 580 mm per stack.
Max. allowable plate load : 75 kg per stack.

Heated Type Features.

Heated models: Feature insulated body, side mounted steel rod heating elements, illuminated on/off rocker switch/ adjustable mechanical thermostat (0 to 90 degrees C)/ transparent polycarbonate lids.
Heated models adjustable for plate diameters between 180 – 290 mm.
Heated twin stack model also available for plate diameters between 215 – 320 mm.

Ambient Type Features.

A mobile trolley with rectangular adjustable height platform, for all types of dishes (bowls, saucers, oval or rectangular plates). For all containers Ø 120 mm to Ø 280 mm, adjusted by moving the Ø 20 mm centering tubes. Platform fitted with guide rollers. The ambient unit is not supplied with s/steel lid but is optional (Option Code 119 268).
