Self Help Tray Storage Trolleys.
The Tournus range of stainless steel mobile self help cafeteria tray trolleys are ideal for storage of used food trays. They are available with either 6 or 12 tiers of storage height with either single, double or triple tray storage bays. They are constructed as a 25 mm x 25 mm frame with longitudinal reinforcing bars and Ø 4.8 mm s/steel vertical wire type runner panels, which are welded to the frames and act as the used tray supports.
Anti-slide tray clips are fitted to each tier. Trolleys feature annular bumpers & 4 no. Ø 125 mm swivel wheels with polyamide covers, including 2 braked.
The trolleys can also be supplied with beige laminate side modesty panels or as open framed.

- Mobile stainless steel self help used food tray storage trolley with 6 tiers of side by side tray storage, either 2 or 3 bays wide.
- To suit tray entry width ways for trays between 320 mm – 370 mm wide.
- 25 mm x 25 mm frame with longitudinal reinforcing bars and Ø 4.8 mm s/steel vertical wire type tray runner panels.
- Anti-slide tray clips are fitted to each tier.
- Feature annular bumpers & 4 no. Ø 125 mm swivel wheels with polyamide covers, including 2 braked.
- Supplied with optional 2 mm beige laminate side modesty panels or as open framed. (Modesty panels clip fixed to wire tray runner panels.
- Capacity: 12 or 18 trays according to model.

- Anti-slide tray clips are fitted to each tier.

The standard side modesty panels of the self help Cafeteria tray trolleys are made of 2 mm compact beige laminate. You can personalise the cladding of these side modesty panels in one of the colours below (Min. order of 3 trolleys). The personalised process is achieved by bonding a cleaning resistant film in a choice of 21 colours covering the cladding.
