Non Standard Airflow – Cold Patisserie.
For aesthetic reasons, customers may not require the chilled patisserie refrigeration air intake grill on the counter front fascia panel.
Certain Kubus & Designline 1200 mm & 2000 mm patisserie models can be factory fitted with a transverse condensing unit & anti chamber that provide air in/out to operator side. This option can be used with the following self help & assisted service cold patisserie models :
