Plain Top Hot Cupboards.
Quick Service fan assisted plain top cupboards offer evenly heated, maximum hot food storage for both commercial kitchen areas or front of house. They are 900mm (H) x 700mm (D) & available in 2/1 GN up to 6/1 GN container storage sizes with magnetized sliding doors (hinged doors on 2/1 GN models only). They feature accurate digital temperature control and cupboard area features a fully removable two tier wire shelving container storage system, for up to 150mm deep gastronorms. Mobile locking castors and a pull handle (removable) are also standard features. The cupboard area also has a sealed (tanked) base to contain spillages.

Plain Top Hot Cupboards
(1 Tier Overshelf Type).
These fan assisted hot cupboard models are manufactured in 2/1 GN up to 6/1 GN container storage size lengths, are 900mm (H) x 700mm (D) & fitted with either a heated or ambient s/steel overshelf – providing an area for serving to plates, plated meal warming or as local crockery storage point. The overshelf size is 315mm (H) x 300mm (D). The hot overshelf features jacketed infra red lamps and the ambient version is fitted with LED light & a diffuser, both are controlled with a shelf mounted switch.

Plain Top Hot Cupboards
(2 Tier Overshelf Type).
These hot cupboard models are made in 2/1 GN up to 6/1 GN container storage size lengths, the cupboard is 900mm (H) x 700mm (D) & is fitted with either a 2 tier heated or ambient s/steel overshelf – for serving to plates, plated meal holding/warming or as local crockery storage point. The twin overshelf height is 595mm (H) x 300mm (D). The hot overshelf features jacketed infra red lamps and the ambient version is fitted with LED light & a diffuser, both types are controlled with a shelf mounted rocker switch to each tier, to limit energy use when not required.

Plain Top Hot Cupboards
(Self Help Curved Gantry Type).
Styled to suit classic front of house self help food presentation, the fan assisted plain top hot cupboard model is fitted with either a heated or ambient s/steel gantry, mounted under toughened curved glass – providing both sneeze screen protection and an area for serving to plates, plated meal holding/ warming or as local crockery storage point. These hot cupboards are manufactured in 2/1 GN up to 6/1 GN container storage size lengths, and are 900mm (H) x 700mm (D). The 510mm (H) heated gantry above is fitted with jacketed infra red lamps and the ambient version is fitted with LED light & a diffuser, both are controlled with an on/off switch, conveniently mounted to the operator side of the hot cupboard valance panel.

Fitted with either a heated or ambient s/steel gantry under toughened full height curved glass and side glass, the unit provides food protection from draughts or sneezing customers, as well as offering an area for operator serving to plates, plated meal holding/ warming or as local crockery storage point. These hot cupboards are manufactured in 2/1 GN up to 6/1 GN container storage size lengths, and are 900mm (H) x 700mm (D). The 510mm (H) gently curved gantry glass tilts forward for cleaning. The heated gantry is fitted with jacketed infra red lamps and the ambient gantry version is fitted with LED light & a diffuser, both are controlled with an on/off switch, conveniently mounted to the operator side of the hot cupboard valance panel.

User Friendly Electrical Operation.
A coloured control system exists throughout the Quick Service hot cupboard range, electrical power isolation (green), hot cupboard on/off switches (red), gantry lighting controls (yellow), bain marie or hot plate on/off & temperature adjustment (black) and a digital cupboard temperature read out (grey), all make for a simple, user friendly operation.

Self help model: Heated s/steel square gantry with flat toughened glass sneeze screen, 515mm (H). For serving to plates, plated meal warming or as local crockery storage warming point.
