We’ve taken our vast experience producing every conceivable kind of made to measure commercial kitchen fabrication, in order to develop the new Quick Service fabrication range. Quick Service now offers dealers a complete range of CED standard fabrication in the popular sizes you want.
Quick Service 2 Year Warranty. There is no compromise on quality with Quick Service fabrication either, otherwise we couldn’t offer our 2 year warranty as standard.
Quick Service Choice. There’s over 150 of our most popular kitchen equipment products to select from, including single or double bowl sinks, wall & corner cupboards, wall & corner benches, centre benches, heavy duty wall shelving, pan storage & microwave shelving.

Quick Service Single/ Double Bowl Sink Units.
Our Quick Service range of fully welded standard single and double bowl catering sink units are constructed from sturdy 30mm sq box section framing with durable 1.2mm thick 304 gd. steel worktops and 304 gd. bowls as standard.Each sink unit has a recessed, self draining steel worktop section with embossed drainer pattern and is fitted with a choice of bowl sizes.
Quick Service sink units come complete with waste fitting and strainer waste for bowl, a 50 mm wall upstand to the worktop & a solid steel storage under-shelf below. The legs of the single or double bowl sink unit are fitted with adjustable height flanged feet, for securing the unit to a floor surface on site. The sink unit legs are inset 100 mm to the rear, to allow for service pipework behind. Taps, waste traps & pipes are not supplied. Standard sink height is 900mm – to suit most kitchen areas.

Taps. A range of our optional WRAS approved, high quality ‘lever arm’ type 1/2″ taps are available with these Quick Service products. Select from either basin taps, high neck pillar taps or mixer taps.

Quick Service Wall Benches (With Under Shelf).
CED’s Quick Service range of fully welded wall benches, corner wall benches and wall benches (with void), are constructed from sturdy 30 mm 430 gd. sq box section framing with durable 1.2 mm thick 304 gd. steel worktops and1.2 mm thick 430 gd. undershelves as standard. Wall bench units are available in three depths and up to eight standard lengths.

                                                        Quick Service Corner & Angled Corner Wall Benches.
Quick Service corner wall benches are also made in the same three depths as other straight wall benches. They are also available as left or right hand models, or as an angled corner in three popular depths.

Quick Service Wall Benches (With Void). 
A further choice of Quick Service wall benches with voids under – ideal for equipment storage – are also available in matching depths, with a selection of length options. Standard wall bench height is 900mm, to suit most kitchen area back counters. Each wall bench type has a solid steel worktop with 50 mm downstand to each edge, the worktop has a 50 mm(H) x 15 mm(D) upstand to the rear. Wall benches & corner wall benches feature a solid steel storage under-shelf below. The legs of the wall benches are fitted with adjustable height flanged feet, for securing the unit to a floor surface on site. All wall bench legs are inset 100 mm to the rear, to allow for service pipework behind. Wall bench legs are set inboard of the worktop 50 mm at each end.

Quick Service Wall Cupboards. 
Quick Service wall cupboards are made from high quality 430gd stainless steel & provide hygenic storage in the commercial kitchen area. They are available with either sliding or hinged doors – either door type is also offered with lockable doors.

Sliding Door Wall Cupboard models are available in five standard lengths (900, 1000, 1200, 1500 or 1800mm long) & are 300mm deep & 540mm high. The sliding doors can be taken out for deep cleaning, without the need for tools. Hinged Door Wall Cupboard models are available in 450, 600, 750, 900 or 1200mm long & are 300mm deep & 540mm high. Wall cupboards are fully enclosed with wrap round side panels and base shelf.

The internal mid shelf is adjustable in height. The roof features a small rear up stand for sealing against a surface where items may be stored on top.
A full height flush steel back panel lines the internal space. A rear wall hook is also supplied, to support the load, in addition to the fixing holes provided on the roof rear upstand (Fixing hole size Ø 7.2mm).

Quick Service Angled Corner Wall Cupboard (with doors) utilises dead space and can be used in conjunction with 300mm deep cupboards either side, to provide continuous high level storage. The angled corner cupboard offers a deeper storage area and is available as a lockable version also. These cupboards can be used in conjunction with Quick Service angled corner wall benches, to maximise continuous working areas in the kitchen.

Quick Service Centre Benches (With Under Shelf).
CED’s Quick Service range of fully welded centre benches with under shelf, are constructed from sturdy 30 mm 430 gd. sq box section framing with durable 1.2 mm thick 304 gd. steel worktops and 1.2 mm thick 430 gd. under shelves.

Centre bench units are available in four depths and up to seven standard lengths. The Quick Service centre bench height is 900mm, to suit most kitchen area back counters. Each centre bench type has a solid steel worktop with 50 mm downstand to each edge. The legs of the centre benches are fitted with adjustable height flanged feet, for securing the unit to a floor surface on site. All centre bench legs are inset 25 mm at the front & rear. Centre bench legs are set inboard of the worktop 50 mm at each end.

Quick Service Centre Benches (With Void).
A further choice of Quick Service centre benches with voids under, are ideal for under counter equipment storage. These are also available in matching depths, with a selection of length options.
600mm (D) models have a 545mm (D) void
650mm (D) models have a 595mm (D) void
700mm (D) models have a 645mm (D) void

Quick Service Solid Steel Wall Shelving.
CED’s Quick Service wall shelves are perfect for back of house equipment storage. Simple yet sturdy, they are constructed from 430 gd 1.2 thk. steel with 30mm sq box section bracket supports (Heavy Duty).


Each length features a durable 1.2 mm thick 430 gd. solid steel shelf and has a 35 mm deep turn down to 3 faces and a rear wall upstand of 20 mm.

Quick Service Rodded Pan Storage Shelving. 
Quick Service pan storage shelves are an open frame, heavy duty shelf for the storage & drainage of pots, pans and cooking utensils. The shelf is generally sited over sink unit areas within the kitchen. The shelf is constructed of a welded 430 gd. 1.2 thk. 30mm box section outer frame and integral wall bracket legs.
A series of 10mm diameter 304 gd. steel bars run end to end in the shelf, forming an open storage space that also allows ventilation. The rack is available in 1200 or 1500mm lengths – each 300mm deep. The integral cantilever wall brackets are pre-drilled for final fixing.

Quick Service Microwave Shelving.
Quick Service microwave shelving accepts a freestanding microwave oven, the shelving is constructed from 1.2mm thick 430 gd. s/steel.

Medium Duty Microwave Shelving.
The medium duty version is a 3 sided folded shelf that is pre-drilled for wall fixing. A folded 30mm turn down with 15mm return flange to the front edge, adds strength to the horizontal support. The shelf is 560 or 600mm long and available in three depths.  

Heavy Duty Microwave Shelving.
The folded shelf is constructed from 1.2mm thick 430 gd. s/steel and mounted on 430 gd. 1.2 thk. welded cantilever 30mm box section wall brackets, pre-drilled for site fixing. Additional strength is provided by 32mm turn down edges and a rear up stand of 30mm. The electrical cable of the microwave can then pass behind the shelf up stand when insitu. The shelf is 560 or 600mm long and available in three depths.
