• Fan assisted mobile oven with an adjustable holding temperature of 60-85ºC, for the storage and transport of pre-cooked food )
• Made of food quality stainless steel
• All models are available with or without humidification control.
• Capacity for 5, 10, 15 + 20 levels of 1/1 GN capacity containers (20/40 or 65 mm deep).
• The holding trolleys are either 1/1 or 2/1 GN width, dependent on storage capacity required.
• 1/1 GN Trolleys mounted on Ø 125 mm castors. (2 braked) – 5 level version mounted on Ø 80 mm castors. (2 braked)
• 2/1 GN Trolleys mounted on Ø 160 mm castors. (2 braked)
• All models fitted with moulded polyethylene protection bumpers.
• Transport handles fitted to rear and side panels.
• Inside of oven made of one-piece, radius AISI 304 stainless steel, 1.2 mm thick with press-drawn sliders, spaced every 71 mm for easy cleaning.
• Thermally insulated body and door.
• Single door, opening to the right at 270° as standard. Closed by automatic latching handle.
• Models available with single leaf solid stainless steel or part glazed door.
• Spiral power cable, moulded plug and parking socket supplied.
• Removable protective plate for fan and heating element.
• Fan assisted heating by stainless steel shielded circular heating elements, allowing rapid temperature achievement with even heat distribution.
• IP 25 Ingress Protection.
• Electrical  Frequency 50/60 Hz.
• All models operate on a 3 Kw Single phase electrical supply.
• Humidification control models – hygrometry function is controlled by 5 pre-sets in the electronic control thermostat.
• Humidification control models – fitted with removable front access polyethylene water tank. (2 litre capacity/appx. 24 hours use)
• Option – lockable door handle & key. (Option Code 701 961)
• Option – reverse left hand opening door. (Option Code 701 963)
